a new software tool for access control. This product will be launched
at Expo Seguridad México (taking place in April from 22 – 24
in Mexico City) and is easy to use and offers high security and flexibility.
APE allows you to have sophisticated security requirements from the initial
configuration and can grow according to the needs of the user. It is

to the same network. APE has 3 structures: first a data administration
system, access module controllers in the middle and up to 64 access readers.

the system looses connection with the host, AMC software will allow for
continuous access control system reliability. All data is automatically
saved and balanced the moment the system is reconnected to the host.
AMC can update via software download, so there are fewer interruptions
and low cost associated to service interruptions. AMC hardware
is compatible with different types of ID technology such as iClass, MIFARE,
Legic and Hitag. You can obtain more information on this product by going

Every
single day lack of nutrition and treatable sickness cost the lives of
more than 25,000 children worldwide. This means that every 3 seconds
a child dies. To fight this tragedy, a group of industry related people
created Mission 500, with volunteers and no administrative cost. The
funds are transferred to World Vision who knows how to better distribute
and administer this important cause. This institution has excellent history
with over 50 years experience in this field. For every dollar given 87
cents goes directly to those children in need. With over 100 countries,
World Vision influences the lives of more than 2 million children providing
basic benefits such as food, clothing, health, education, housing, drinkable
water, sickness control and prevention among others. Working in conjunction
with local community leaders, their philosophy is to teach the less fortunate
to become self sufficient. In order to do this, money is needed and you
can make a difference with each dollar you give. To support a child only
costs US$30, 00 per month, only US$1 per day to feed, dress, educate
and take care of the health of a child. To date, Mission 500 has over
140 sponsored children. Some of the sponsoring companies are Altronix,
Access Technologies Inc., Expo Seguridad Mexico, GE Security Latin America,
HID Global, LRG Marketing Communications, Samsung GVI, Security Products
magazine and SIA (The Security Industry Association). In
addition, over 30 industry professionals have personally agreed to sponsor
children via this program. To obtain more information on how to support
Mission 500, go to www.mission500.org
